4/5/01 Rehearsal for ESPN Awards Los Angeles CA U.S. Paranoid (soundcheck) [4m] (One commentator on this session felt that Sabbath were more alive during the soundcheck than the official performance!) There is allegedly a video in existence of this rehearsal. Here's an article about this:

“In the tradition of the 'Beat Club' clips from 1970, I endeavored to shoot a 'Beat Club' 2001 video when the Sabs rehearsed for the ESPN Action Sports and Music Awards April 5 in L.A. With a giant video wall behind them and full access to the band the footage came out fantabulous. As soon as the final edit is done this first episode of Ozzfest TV will be posted on the site!!”
4/7/01 ESPN Sports & Action Awards - Universal Amphitheater Los Angeles CA U.S. Paranoid Rob Zombie introduces Sabbath’s performance at the ESPN Music Awards. A huge video screen behind the band alternates between a MASTER OF REALITY styled logo of the band’s name and live shots of the stage. Sabbath give us a well paced and rousing version of “Paranoid”. Ozzy extends the song by working the crowd for a few minutes before the final verse. This inspires a few fans to run and roll around the ramps in front of the stage. Security rushes in when a few of them get a bit too close to the band. There is a quick shot of Ozzy’s son Jack in the crowd. Confetti spills all over the band as they conclude the song.
6/8/01 Tweeter Center (a.k.a. New World Music Theater) Tinley Park IL U.S. Intro-Sabbath Medley, N.I.B., Snowblind, Scary Dreams, War Pigs, Iron Man, Into The Void, The Wizard, Black Sabbath, Paranoid, Children Of The Grave There are 4 different films of this show, one being a mix of all three. Film #4 is a mix of those three different audience cams. Cameras #1 & #2 are more to right side of the bleachers (nearest to Tony), while camera #3 is more to left hand side. The first minute and a half are black as the filmer waits to take their camera out.

7/13/01 Mars Music Amphitheater (a.k.a. Coral Sky / Mars Music) West Palm Beach FL U.S. Intro-Sabbath Medley, N.I.B., Snowblind, Scary Dreams, War Pigs, Iron Man, Into The Void, The Wizard, Black Sabbath, Sabbath Bloody Sabbath (Intro) -> Paranoid, Children Of The Grave There are 3 different films of this show, one is a multicam film. The multi-cam version is well edited and appears to have been done with 2 different cameras (one from the lawn and one much closer to the stage). The image quality is perfect, but the camera shots are often shaky. The sound is excellent stereo. I'd rate this version as EX- overall.
